The detached cottage is in the tranquil village Dolni Chribska in Bohemian Switzerland situated near the river Chřibská Kamenice. The presence of the river gives the place a very romantic atmosphere, especially in the evening while sitting outside by the open fire. The shallow river will be appreciated particularly by the children as it is perfect for their games. By crossing to the other side of the river you enter the territory of beautiful National Park. The cottage offers two self-contained contemporary apartments, each with a separate private entrance. Each apartment has a spacious entrance hall and open plan living space (35sq meters) with kitchen, dinning and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, dishes and utensils for 6. Dinning area has table and 6 chairs. The living area has coffee table and two three seater sofa beds which can be used as an additional two full-size beds. Upstairs is large (35sq meters) bedroom with four beds, a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Hot water is provided by the separate boiler in each apartment. The ground floor and bathroom has underfloor electric heating. The bedroom is fitted with electric radiators. The garden is naturally divided, by the cottage, into two parts (front and back), each of which is intended for private use for each apartment with open fireplace and alfresco seating area beside the river. Both apartments are newly furnished to high standard with the greatest emphasis on guest comfort and cleanliness. Access is provided via private road with four parking spaces in front of the building on private land. The cottage also offers the possibility of connecting both apartments via connecting door. The whole accommodation is therefore suitable for a larger group of guests (up to 12 people).

Minimum duration of accommodation is 5 nights. In season from May to October only weekly accommodation is possible.

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival, a refundable cash deposit of 5,000 Kč or € 200 is collected to cover possible damage to the property.

Reservation:

At the time of booking the guest is required to pay a 50% deposit. Payment must be received within 7 days of booking. In case the reservation was made less than 90 days prior to arrival, it is necessary to make a payment by return of the post. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a confirmation email and booking information. The remaining 50% of the rental price of the property must be paid 21 days before the date of arrival. All payments must be made to the bank account that will appear in the email with a confirmed reservation. Prior to the commencement of the stay, a refundable damage deposit in cash (Kč or Euro) is required.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can only be made in writing (by post or e-mail). The day of cancellation is the day when the landlord receives a cancellation notice in writing. In case of cancellation, the landlord is entitled to charge cancellation fees as follows:

- The cancellation fee is always calculated from the total price agreed for the accommodation for the given period and are paid out of the deposit or the full amount paid. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit, the remainder of the fee will be returned to the account from which the deposit or final payment was made. - In case of early termination of stay without the fault of the landlord, no refund will be made. - The landlord may agree to a change the booked date without penalty of a cancellation fee if the property is unoccupied for the requested alternative dates. If more than one person is responsible for a reservation they will be jointly liable in the event of the claim for payment of the cancellation fee.
